“Celebrating the modern American lounge”
Red Feather has been celebrating the modern American lounge since its opening in 2002, serving seasonal American cuisine, fresh interpretations of the classic cocktail, and an atmosphere inspired by our great lounge ancestors of eternal swank. Red Feather Lounge and Bittercreek Alehouse are adjoined restaurants in downtown Boise who support the local food movement by emphasizing products that thrive in the region, reflecting a simple, straightforward culinary style. By purchasing food that is grown and raised closer to our home, we hope to define a regional style and also support our local agricultural economy. While we understand that local food is only one small part of the solution to a larger challenge, our desire is to have unparalleled culinary style while maintaining aggressive standards of sustainability.
