Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area is located 16.5 miles north of downtown Boise, Idaho. During the winter the mountain is a hub of activity for locals and visitors with over 2,600 skiable acres for skiers and riders of all abilities levels; 35km of groomed Nordic day trails; 7km of solar-lit Nordic night trails; 5km of snowshoe trails; a lift-served tubing hill; 3 day lodges with food service and one lodge available for private group functions; lessons for ages 3+; childcare; equipment rental shop and more. Bogus Basin is open until 10pm most nights, providing a great after work, after school, after hours recreational opportunity. Hiking and biking trails as well as a disc golf course are open during the summer months, once the snow melts. The lodges are also available for private group functions. Consider Bogus for weddings & receptions, reunions, retreats, meetings and parties.
