Bet's Famous Fish Fry

It is an American restaurant chain.This is an authentic Maine Fish-shack, with picnic table seating only. Bet is the owner and fries all of the fish, which she gets from the family fishing vessel. The only item on the menu is fried haddock, with or without french fries. You also have a choice of tarter sauce or her "Special Sauce" which is her own dill sauce. You can order fish and chips, a fish sandwich or a "Dish of Fish" which is just the fish, no bun, no fries. That is the way to go to enjoy the pure essence of fried haddock. The fries are not frozen fast food fries, but hand-cut, that day, from fresh potatoes. They taste great.
