“A stylish vegetarian spot”
Three Leaf Concepts is owned and operated by Boulder residents, Lenny and Sara Martinelli. Starting in 1994 with their first little cafe at the Naropa University, the Martinellis went on to work with the City of Boulder to open the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, one of Boulder’s premier tourist attractions. It was here that they met their future partner, Jerry Manning, who later went on to open Aji, Leaf, and Zucca with them and now is the Director of Operations of Three Leaf Concepts.
I would recommend that you come here for lunch instead of dinner. Either way, both menus are good but I'd always go for lunch. If you are a meat person, maybe this place can be good enough to make you love vegetables just the same. I, myself, am not much a fan of veggies that make you merely full. This restaurant seems to do good on that matter. They give out generous servings of delicious food with a slight "faux" meat. I have always enjoyed their crispy Harissa tofu and the crab cake slider. Each was served with a bigger serving than expected. Moreover, the best thing for me was the Sweet Pea Gnochi! Give it a try and taste happiness yourself!
