We started in 1962 and we're still going! Poche's has been a family owned business for over four decades, and is currently operated by second generation owner Floyd Poche and his wife Karen. We plan to continue the family tradition. The Poche's Smokehouse and specialty meats packing plant is where the meat magic happens! We are known far and wide for our specialty cajun meats like tasso, boudin, sausages, pork roasts, stuffed chickens and much much more! At Poche's Restaurant we cook up the same great cajun dishes that have been staples for generations. We've got over 50 years of cooking know how under our belt, and we're a favorite of locals and toursists alike. Come and try us out!
