Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on April 24, 2022We got in on the opening weekend at a very reasonable price thanks to our Coast-to-Coast membership. We haven't used it much, but it helped us out here a great deal since we had a very hard time finding April campsites available in Massachusetts. Very close to Sturbridge with a whole bunch of interesting shops/spots. We made the drive into Boston multiple times--a rather long but easy enough drive when avoiding rush hours. Even made a day trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.
The campground itself has a LOT of hills, but we stayed right on the courtyard, a nice, level site. Friendly staff. A rather picky policy on some items: a mandatory $5/night "guest fee" for all campers, mandatory $5/night charge for cable, and a required $5/night for 50 amp service, even though we only use 30 amp. However, I find it pretty hard to complain with the cost.
