In June 2016, Damian and Vicky Parker notched another benchmark in their master plan for the little Anglophile fiefdom they've carved out in the midst of industrial South Buffalo. That's when the sod was laid for Parker's Pitch, a regulation-size soccer field in the rear of their buzzing complex that also comprises the original pork pie factory and attached restaurant, '''Parker's Proper Fish and Chips'''. As always, the Parkers dream big — the somewhat too-grandiose-to-be-believable plans they have for the future of the facility include the construction of a full-scale, European-style stadium around the field, complete with a twelve-restaurant food court serving local favorites. For now, though, you're welcome to work off your pork pie or fish-and-chips meal with a friendly soccer or rugby match on the pitch, or else kick back and watch the action (generally youth soccer teams from around the area, but also the '''Medaille College''' men's and women's teams) from your stool at the aptly named '''Pitch Bar'''.
Be the first to add a review to the Parker's Pitch.
