“Buffalo's best sushi restaurant”
For many years, sushi fans in the Western New York area recognized Kuniyuki Sato as “the man who changed the way we think about sushi.” Buffalo’s first genuine sushi chef, Kuni – as he is known –ran a hugely-successful restaurant on Elmwood Avenue, before closing that location and opening Kuni’s To Go take-out restaurant on Lexington Avenue. Western New Yorkers will be happy to know they can once again enjoy Kuni’s finest sushi and sashimi – as well as a full menu of authentic Japanese cuisine – in a chic, comfortable setting. Stop by soon and let Kuni change the way you think about sushi!
