Talk Coffee

A charming corner café in Hamlin Park situated just off the Canisius College campus, serving fresh pour-over coffee as well as a food menu that changes frequently according to the whims of its affable but, shall we say, "eccentric" owner, Karl Myles (as of this writing Talk Coffee has gone all Mexican, with a self-service taco bar). The oddball opening hours are perfect for night owls, not so much for morning people. Also, fair warning: if you're unwilling to run the risk of getting roped into a tedious conversation about Jesus with the owner, maybe give this place a miss.
