We loved this stop on our way through. It takes less than an hour, and the buildings are pretty cool. The kids liked it a lot too! I strongly suggest it. Also, stop by the carousel in town also!

Neat early 20th Century artifacts. Not kid friendly.

We (2 adults) did not enjoy it as much as we thought we would, having been to places like it elsewhere in the country. Felt more geared towards children -
however, we were there at the same time as a class trip of kids ages 8-10 were, so perhaps it feels different at other times.

Museum has several buildings to review, plus a main building with gift shop. You can tour the main building for free or pay to see all. A great view into the turn of the century.
