Perissos Vineyard and Winery

All of our wines are made from 100% Texas grown fruit, the vast majority of which is homegrown right here on our own 16-acre family vineyard.  We also partner with other select Texas growers to enhance both the diversity and quantity of our wine portfolio.  The result  — award-winning, handcrafted wines that beautifully express the unique characteristics of the Texas terroir.  Come in, enjoy our wines, and join us in being True to Texas!   When you visit Perissos, rows of vines will welcome you, bidding you to sip our wines outdoors on a picnic table among the grapevines – with a view of a local castle to boot!  Or, come inside where you’ll be served in the hub of our winery amidst tanks and barrels. While we take our winemaking quite seriously, you’ll find the atmosphere at Perissos to be relaxed and unpretentious.
