Sebastian's offers contemporary American cuisine with Midwestern sensibilities. We use the finest ingredients available and prepare everything from scratch. The seafood is always fresh and the beef is always aged and butchered in-house. We have an extensive garden on our five acre rural property as well as fruit trees, wild berries and asparagus. We partner with our friends at Dizak farm, located a mile from the restaurant. They provide a variety of organic produce as well as chickens and Muscovy duck. Being located in beautiful Caledonia has it's advantages. Our award winning wine list is updated frequently by our in-house Sommelier and offers an eclectic blend of New and Old world wines and spirits.
