A FAMILY-FRIENDLY SHOW, where fictional characters bring to life the stories, struggles and triumphs of the Texas Panhandle's early 1800 settlers on stage of the Pioneer Amphitheater; located deep in the heart of the beautiful Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Song and dance abound mixed in with some good ol’ Texas humor, spellbinding lighting, special fire and water effects, and the world famous Dancing Waters of TEXAS and firework finale' make TEXAS a must see!
We are just driving through and needed up in Amarillo for the 4th of July. This show came up as a place to see fireworks so we thought “why not”. It. Did. Not. Disappoint! Everything about this place was incredible; friendly staff, very well organized, entertaining, and welcoming. It was a family friendly experience that was enjoyable for all ages. If you are in the area, you will NOT be disappointed with the experience.
My family love the Texas show. Fireworks, waterworks, gun slinging and lots of singing and dancing. We caught dinner before the show and it was good but the view was amazing.
