“Everyone's choice for the best breakfasts”
A legendary tradition in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1975, the Village Smithy is everyone's choice for the best breakfasts available in the region. The food is delicious and the staff is exceptionally friendly. An old sign in the restaurant says is all: "We reserve the right to serve everyone." Our popular breakfast dishes run the gamut from familiar favorites, like our Applewood Bacon & Egg to the delightfully unexpected Fresh Spinach and Wild Mushroom omelette. For lunch, we have a fine selection of entree salads, sandwiches, burgers and Mexican dishes. The Asian Chicken Salad with its homemade Tarmari dressing has been a local's favorite for years. Our large open air deck, surrounded by gardens, will make it hard for you that want to leave. The fresh air will let you soak up the beautiful fresh Colorado's Rocky Mountain atmosphere.
