Founders Park features 39 acres of natural beauty, as well as a shelter. This shelter is for park users, and is not a rentable space. There is a playground for children and walking trails for everyone. The pond and boardwalk are open to the public, but boating is prohibited.

This is a very nice park. the family and I stopped here on a road trip home across country. It was a great place to let the kids run around, take a nice walk, and play. This park seemed to be very well kept, and clean as well.
