“restaurant and grille since 1992”
Mitch's at Hidden Harbour was owned and operated by Mitch Gogola until it changed hands in the year 2000. That year, his daughter, Michelle Morris purchased the operation. Michelle is a former school teacher with a Master's degree in Special Education. She graduated from Schoolcraft's Culinary Arts Program and is now a Certified Executive Pastry Chef. When Mitch originally planned the restaurant, it was to be a two thousand square foot building, designed to seat about 50 people. As the beauty and layout of the golf course became apparent, the decision was made to design and build a facility that would be equally impressive in serving families and visitors in the Thumb area. The facility was designed and built by Caseville Lumber Company as a 6700 square foot restaurant and grille with seating capacity of over two hundred people. The layout makes it ideal to accommodate weddings, receptions and business meetings. Mitch's at Hidden Harbour opened to the public on May 2, 1992.
Best nine holer you will ever play. If you are bored playing from one set of tees just try another for a very different experience. Always well maintained and provides the feeling of playing at a resort. Wish the could add another nine
