“Casper's hottest new restaurant”
DSASUMO (Dah-sue-moh) was established in the fall of 2007. Don and Mo Hembree decided they would like to add a little variety (namely Thai and sushi) to Casper's dining choices. Sushi chef Goe has been with us from the beginning and is responsible for our fabulous sushi menu. He is constantly creating new and exciting delights. Thai chef Simon Nakhapreecha formerly head chef at Pechanga Resort in California is originally from Thailand. He has added some very exciting new dishes to our menu and lent his own special flair to our existing menu items. Dsasumo has built its reputation in carrying only the finest in fresh fish and its ability to create a variety of rolls which satisfy even the most adventurous of tastes. Our Maki Rolls are extremely popular including our Spicy California Roll, our Eel Cucumber Roll and our Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Roll. If your penchant is Sushi or Sashimi our menu includes traditional greats like Maguro (Tuna Roll), Uni (Sea Urchin), Unagi (Eel), Hamachi (Yellow Tail) and much, much more! Our chef has also created some great sushi rolls that are unique to our restaurant including Japanese Lasagna, Dynamite, Halloween and Dynamite Rolls.
