“Casper's authentic Vietnamese cuisine”

The fact that there is a pho joint run by a real Vietnamese family is a gift from the gods. The pho is real, real broth, real noodles, etc. the Vietnamese coffee is solid. The springrolls are hand made. They serve hoisin sauce instead of fish sauce. Most entrees range from 8 to 11 dollars. The atmosphere is pretty plain, but the food is wonderful!
