Morris House Bistro

The Morris House Bistro features upscale, Lowcountry Southern cuisine. Lowcountry Cuisine is traditionally associated with the South Carolina Lowcountry and the Georgia coast.  While it shares features with Southern cooking, its geography, economics, physics, demographics, and culture pushed its culinary identity in a different direction from regions above the fall line.  With a rich diversity of seafood from the coastal estuaries, its concentration of wealth in Charleston and Savannah, and a vibrant Caribbean cuisine and African cuisine influence, Lowcountry cooking has strong parallels with New Orleans and Cajun cuisines.  The Morris House Bistro offers that – with the flavor of Wyoming. We offer dinner on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and brunch on Sunday.  We offer brunch on a seasonal basis, only.   Our outdoor patio is open at 5pm, weather permitting.  Seating for the patio is first come, first served; reservations for the patio aren’t available.  Our dining room opens at 5:15, reservations are recommended, you may request a reservation online or by calling 307-369-1378.  All brunch seating is available on a first come, first served basis.  We look forward to your visit.
