Bow & Stern is a gastropub with an extensive oyster bar. With an emphasis on seafood but a full menu of locally sourced fare, Bow & Stern will be open for dinner & brunch. We will demystify the oyster, educating beginners while satisfying aficionados. The new dinner and brunch restaurant features an expansive raw bar, where fresh shucked oysters will be the star year-round. Helming the kitchen is chef Brian Greene, former executive chef of The Savoy in Wicker Park. The concept is the first upscale food-driven project between Bryan Burrow and Jay Runnfeldt, a partner with Three Headed Productions
