The Chicago Firehouse restaurant is in an attractive turn-of-the-century building that formerly housed the Chicago Fire Department and was completely remodeled in 1999. The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant retained its charm with original tin ceilings, fire-glazed walls and brass poles. Just as the setting pleases your eye, the American fare will tantalize your taste buds. Chef John Caputo has over 25 years experience working in a variety of restaurant and hotel capacities. Most recently, John had the role as Executive Chef and Partner at Bin 36 Restaurant Group for over 10 years. Prior to Bin 36, John was Chef de Cuisine for Gary Danko, Executive Chef at his own restaurant, Socca. John also worked in California, as Executive Chef at Ondine, Jordan Winery, Napa Valley Grille and Campton Place Hotel.
