Conceptualized and designed by Daniel Alonso and the Bonhomme Hospitality Group (Black Bull, Bordel, Celeste, Disco), Fulton Market Kitchen is a portal of collective creativity, integrating various art mediums and styles with imaginative cocktails and cuisine to create a new experience for Chicago’s evolving culture.   Inspired by the 1980s NYC art scene and the Wynwood Walls in Miami, Fulton Market Kitchen offers guests the rare opportunity to enjoy dining, drinking, and the work of incredible artists in a single, truly unique setting.   Chef Chris Curren's refined, rustic dishes offer seasonal presentations with ingredients sourced from regional farms, local markets and our neighbors along Fulton Market Street.   When asked what motivates him in the kitchen, Curren says, “Making people happy.” And that is exactly what he plans to do here at Fulton Market Kitchen. His focus on the craft of cooking, perfecting tried-and-true techniques while using hyper-seasonal, local ingredients has resulted in an interesting yet approachable variety of dishes. “I like to challenge myself to create bold, complex flavors using as few ingredients as possible,” he said. While you won’t see drastic menu changes as often, the seasonal ingredients that make up each dish will change based on their availability, which will offer guests an ever-surprising culinary experience.
