KOVAL Distillery

Koval Distillery, the first distillery in Chicago since Prohibition, makes a variety of organic- and kosher-certified spirits from scratch in small batches using the highest-quality ingredients available. Our full range of products (subject to availability!) is available for purchase in our tasting room Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. or by appointment. We also offer tours of the distillery (including a tasting of products) several times each week.
