The Boring Store mission (if you choose to accept it): slip into this unassuming store to stock up on your spy supplies, fake mustaches, kids' books, all to support 826CHI. "826CHI is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting students ages 6 to 18 with their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write." They do after school tutoring & writing here, or in-school, they host Storytelling and Bookmaking field trips, and publish some of the stories that are written. Buy spy, and support 826CHI at the Boring Store!
This store is far from boring! There's lots of unique and fun gifts and gadgets to peruse and purchase. It's owned by McSweeney's so they carry most of the books they publish as well.
