Ingredients (some assembly required), at The Westin Cincinnati combines made-to-order gourmet meals and fresh, healthy ingredients in a casual grab-and-go atmosphere. The name "Ingredients" refers to the long lists of high quality, fresh ingredients that are available to customers to choose from. The "some assembly required" tagline refers to the fresh preparation of the food right before the customer's eyes. All breakfast and lunch items are made-to-order by the Ingredients staff, from ingredients selected by the customer. Menu items available at Ingredients include breakfast sandwiches and made to order omelet's. Additional breakfast items include pastries, croissants, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, smoothies, juices, coffees and teas. The lunch menu consist of fresh, custom-made salads, 10-inch thin crust brick oven pizzas and specialty hot and cold sandwiches. The variety and the freshness of the ingredients offered allow guests to customize their dining experience based on their own tastes and preferences.
