“blending historical charm and modern elements!”
Located at the corner of 12th and Walnut Streets in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lachey’s is a neighborhood sports bar and grill brought to life by brothers Nick and Drew Lachey. Formerly the home of the Pabst Bedding Warehouse, Lachey’s blends historical charm and modern elements to create a comfortable gathering place for sports fans, neighbors, and hungry patrons in Over-the-Rhine. The brothers chose the location for its sentimental appeal to their childhood memories of attending the nearby School for the Creative and Performing Arts. In fact, one of the signatures cocktails is named “#17” in honor of the bus route they used to take to get to school. The location will soon be served by the Cincinnati streetcar when it debuts in September 2016. Guests of Lachey’s can satisfy their hunger for both sports and delicious food with a 90” television screen, a running sports ticker, and a menu designed by celebrity chef Brian Duffy. The menu offers appetizers, flatbreads, sandwiches, salads, and a variety of entrees, including mahi mahi and honey-ale marinated chicken. Guests looking to quench their thirst will be pleased by the options available on tap: beer, wine, and cocktails. Yes, that’s right, cocktails on tap. There is also a satisfying blend of bottled and canned beers, bourbons and whiskeys, and signature cocktails. One of the unique features of Lachey’s is the attached garage designed to accommodate patrons of one of Cincinnati’s most acclaimed attractions, the Pedal Wagon. Hop on and stop in!
Like what Natalie said... hipsters want to hate this place (and most do), but it's a good option to get lunch or a beer, their tater tots are awesome, and they have a lot of big screen tv's. You might even see a member of 98 degrees while you're here
Ok... I wanted to hate this place but it's not horrible. Definitely clashes with the more hipster establishments like Half-Cut across the street. It's the only place in OTR with a Ticker and tons of TV screens so that's a win/lose. You're bound to find the game you want here though and I was overtly impressed with the service. Meatball deal is worth it.
