Our Take

Cincinnati has a few pretty parks, and this one is worth visiting. It’s most famous for the amazing pavilion, which overlooks a heavily landscaped lawn. It’s all surrounded by nicely laid-out garden areas, so there’s a lot to walk around and explore. And, every summer, this is where the Cincinnati Concours d’Elegance, a really awesome car show, takes place.

“Beautiful pavilion and open spaces”

Providing picnic facilities, nature trails, and children's play areas, Ault Park adds to its attractions with a splendid pavilion and lookout point and beautiful gardens. Ault is one of Southwest Ohio's premiere parks and hosts events such as the Concours d' Elegance Car Show, as well as summer dances and a community July 4th celebration. Its beautiful backdrop and pavilion make it popular for weddings and private parties. At around 224 acres, Ault Park also is one of the best parks in the city in which to observe the ancient geology of Cincinnati.

Ault Park is pretty cool, especially if you haven't visited Eden Park, which is definitely superior. That said, it is still pretty cool. One of my favorite vantage points is the valley overlook. Very Serene.

Went here this past weekend because the weather was so nice. All the trees were beginning to bloom and it was really beautiful to see. Didn't know it had as many wooded trails as it did but I was happy to discover that my 10 minutes hike turned into a 35 minute one after I got caught up exploring. It's usually buzzing with activity but even on what was the nicest day of the year so far it wasn't unbearably busy.

A surprisingly beautiful park outside of Cincinnati in Hyde park with a great pavilion which overlooks the park and surrounding area. The flower gardens are kept really well and there is a great little playground to take the kids after a walk. It's worth noting that though it's dog friendly, some areas of the park are off limits.

I love the open space at Ault Park. It is a fantastic place for the kids to run their little legs off. Its really neat to see what people are planting in their little community plots, too.

This is one of my favorite parks for killing a couple hours. It has lovely gardens and nice, easy wooded trails. There are even a few nice views, too, and plenty of good restaurants in the area, if you are looking for a relaxing stop.

This is a great space for spending time, small gatherings, and the special events they host. Some of the best views in the city. There's plenty of space for whatever park activity you dream up, unless there's a private event in progress. Hiking trails are also a lot of fun.

A stunning park once in a state of decay. Be sure to hit it up during the summer concert series. The view of Lunken Airport makes it a fun place to watch planes take off and land. The hiking trails are a nice change of pace for the outdoorsy type too.

An incredibly nice park that's wide open and has some really unique little spots (gardens, statues, etc.).

Went here last weekend to check out the hiking trails and wasn't disappointed. Not too difficult, but good views and a nice place to be on a nice day.
