A ways off the Alabama highway 145 lies one of the greatest barbecue joints in the South. Slow smoked over hickory chips to absolute perfection- The Hickory Chip's pork is pretty much the best in Clanton- and perhaps - Alabama? Hickory Chip's sauces and sides are also just as delicious.
