Sleep Inn & Suites

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel on our way east. Both times it's been great - we haven't made reservations because we weren't sure if we'd keep going to Hays or call it a night in Colby. Both times we were given a great deal and the beds are so comfortable! Great night's sleep.

I am a disabled vet and called sleep inn in Colby , ks. And made a reservation for one night with a room close to the entrance due to being disabled. After a long drive from grand junction co. to Colby I get to the desk of the sleep inn and they not only don't have my reservation they have nothing on ground level. The lady that took the reservation should be fired. The young man at the counter couldn't care less about the situation they put me in. And had a attitude about what happened. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
