Must try their chorizo breakfast tacos! Very cute environment, and fun mimosas if you’re up for a fun brunch. Self serve coffee while you wait. Very friendly staff! Would definitely go back

Over Easy was definitely worth the wait! It was absolutely incredible! Being from Houston, we stepped out of our comfort zone. I ate the Blue Crab Benedict, it was perfection! My husband ate the Rocky Mountain corn beef and it was delicious! We tried the Colorado blueberry streusel pancake and it was by far the best pancake have ever had in our entire lives. We will be back!
