All of the delicious items you’ll find in the Lola display case are made right here, in the caboose. Each day is a new creation by one of our talented pastry chefs. See what we have today! Perhaps Red Velvet cupcakes, Death by Chocolate with salted carmel, Apricot Thumb Print Cookies, German Dark Chocolate Cupcake, or our family favorite – Hummingbird cake. Mixology at LOLA. Like apothecaries of crafted drinks, we’re concocting some new perfections. Come have a drink with us. Lola features “Happy Hour”  every Friday & Saturday night from 5:30 to 7:00pm.  We use all fresh house squeezed fruit juices. Fine flavors of Contemporary Louisiana Cuisine you’d expect from Lola Covington now serving up the finest crafted finger foods right out of a food truck. The same quality you’d expect from our brick & mortar caboose, now in a mobile and catered format.
