Located on the northern edge of Dayton, WA. on Hwy 12, Patit Creek has been in operation since 1978. Bruce & Heather Hiebert have been the driving forces since the beginning. Bruce cooks all the meals while Heather creates all the desserts. Open for lunch Wed. thru Fri. @11:30am (close around 1pm) Open for dinner Wed. thru Sat. @4:30pm (close around 7pm Wed. & Thurs; 7:30 Fri. & Sat.)
