“Illinois' first estate distillery”
Whiskey Acres is Illinois' first estate distillery. We are founded by 4th and 5th generation farmers dedicated to quality. We believe that Great Whiskey Isn't Made, It's Grown. We prove it by distilling award winning Straight Bourbon, Rye and Vodka from grain grown onsite. Come visit the farm, tour the distillery and experience our Seed to Spirit story. We are open from 1:30-8:30 on Fri/Sat, and 1:30-5:30 on Sun. Tours and tastings every hour, on the hour. Last tour departs 90 mins before close.. $10 admission includes a 45 minute tour, tasting and souvenir shot glass. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour begins. No reservations are necessary, BUT PLEASE CALL AHEAD IF YOU HAVE A GROUP OF 8 OR MORE. Please feel free to bring a picnic basket or some food to snack on while enjoying our beautiful cocktail patio. You'll also be able to enjoy cocktails by the glass and take home a bottle of our bourbon, rye or vodka. Cornhole games and fresh air are free! Kids under 21 are welcome free of charge with adult supervision. Be sure to ask our staff for a free soft drink for your young ones.
