The Larimer Lounge first started as a concept amongst a group of music loving friends attending the University of Colorado at Boulder in the early 90’s. It was obvious at the time that there was no one catch-all club attempting to bring in all the different elements of the burgeoning independent rock scene that was going on in the country at that point in time. They remain committed to providing a relaxed atmosphere where customers can have a good time while viewing live performances from the across the spectrum of independent rock that is currently going on in this country and around the world.

Great place to see a smaller artist! Downside is that if you are shorter you won't be able to see as the floor is flat and the stage isn't very high. I'd recommend getting there early or standing... Read more
