It all started with our distinctive cinnamon rolls which are still baked fresh daily onsite. When we opened our first cafe in Happy Canyon in 1986, the shopping center was half full and the economy was in rough shape. Sound familiar? Our confidence came from our belief in our unique recipe, tireless enthusiasm, and commitment to great service. Simply put, the Duffeyroll is a treat that makes people happy.  The Duffeyroll is a treat that’s become a tradition in Colorado. Established in 1986, an entire generation has grown up enjoying our delicious cinnamon rolls, great eats, and friendly, relaxed vibe. Today we have a full breakfast and lunch menu, a bake-at-home product, corporate catering…we even delivery our legendary rolls by the dozen.
