Trillium is a lively, casual Urban Bistro with exceptional, guest driven service, and rustic cuisine that inspirationally blurs the lines between American and Scandinavian, creatively crafted around the freshest ingredients available. A wine list geared towards small bottling’s, eclectic beer offerings, and hand crafted, seasonal cocktails will be the platform of our guests bar experience. Designed in conjunction with Ethos Architecture and Starker Construction, Trillium will project a ‘Modern Scandinavian’ meets ‘Warm Americana’ atmosphere that will be casual-comfy-cozy-cool. From the open, exhibition style kitchen, to the lounge area with linear fireplace, ‘U’ shaped bar, exposed wood beams, and pressed tin ceilings, Trillium was conceived to engage the guest in a wonderful dining and social experience.

Chef-owner Ryan Leinonen's elevated new Nordic cuisine serves as a model for uncompromising splendor and gratification, and, within the confines of his airy dining room augmented by a flattering lounge that's ideal for intimate cocktail gatherings, he fearlessly delves into Scandinavian culture: He marries foie gras with griddled rieska and pickled chanterelles and bolsters his bourbon barrel-smoked mackinaw trout with salt-and-sugar-pickled radishes.
