“new experience in French contemporary”
Baru 66 is a collaboration of 3 co-owners, David Baruthio, Sara Hill and Tami Johnson. The 3 met when Baruthio came to Iowa for consulting work on a local restaurant in 2006. Each with different backgrounds in restaurants, design and law, the three combined efforts to bring to the Des Moines area a new experience in French contemporary dining.
