Perfect if you are looking for a cheap and convenient stop. It had some areas that needed cleaning, like by the AC but the main things (beds and bathrooms) were really pretty nice. Definitely would stay again if passing through.

Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while and hadn't been shampooed even longer but other than that everything was fine. Comfortable bed and pillows. You get your money's worth.
