Located by the Tijuana Fire Department building at Grand Lake, the Little Blue Area at Grand Lake State Park is comprised of a small creek and plenty of camping spots. The Little Blue Area at Grand Lake State Park has become a popular area for swimming and fishing, with shallow, crystal-clear waters perfect for families with young children. Nestled between the trees and Grand Lake are a total of 30 primitive tent campsites. Leashed pets are welcome, and the park is open 24 hours a day. The Little Blue Area at Grand Lake State Park is centrally located between Tulsa (65 miles), Joplin (67 miles) and Rogers (63 miles), which lets you get away without wandering too far from home.
This was a great area to stop off at and dip our toes in the water. It really broke up our trip and Iām so glad I saw it on this app!
