The Newton House Museum is housed in a restored two-story Quaker home of the mid 1800s. It allows visitors to view the quality and style of life lived over 100 years ago. It features a herb garden and one of the last remaining virgin stands of black walnut timber-land in the state. The museum is open to the public on the first Sunday of the month, May - December, from 1pm- 4pm, or by appointment.
