“Come see cornhenge!”
Field of Corn is a publicly funded art installation in the city of Dublin, Ohio. The installation consists of 109 concrete ears of corn positioned in rows and standing upright in a grassy field.
What an odd stop. If you like eccentric things and a peaceful environment surrounded by hustle definitely stop in. Makes for great photos both landscape wise and cheesy.
It's basically one huge open area filled with big corn ears. I still don't get the reason behind this idea. It's quirky and weird at the same time.If you're near this place, give it a visit and have some quick photos taken because that's the most that you can get out of it. Definitely an odd sight.
We stopped here for a nice break. It’s fun with small/younger children and pets. Makes for fun photos, and the are nice benches to sit and relax under the trees. Had I known better we would of bought food on the way there(lots of places to grab some grub from), and had a picnic. It was a nice break! There are no bathrooms here, so be aware of that.
This was a nice break on our trip and fun to see
Really neat to see but no close parking. Not easy if you have limited mobility (we are not limited). Otherwise, it was a cool stop with great photo opportunities!
I loved it! It is exactly what everyone has described and what is shown in the pictures. It’s a large field of stone corn statues that you can walk through and take pictures with, perfect for a quick stop and to walk around! The park seems to be large as there were plenty of people biking or sitting on benches.
It’s a field filled with a ton of concrete corn, totally worth a stop for a photo op.
Great quirky roadside oddity to add to your "Been there, done that" list... A fun photo opportunity.
It is pretty neat to see, definitely not something to go out of your way for, however. If you are in the area with a spare 20 minutes or are making an effort to see some interesting roadside attractions then this is a great Dublin stop!
My husband and I stopped here as our first official stop on our cross country road trip this August. It was a fun place to spend 20 minutes or so, getting silly, quirky, pictures of these giant concrete corn ears. They are definitely unlike most of the other stops on our trip, but still super "corny" but worth a stop if you're in the area!
