We stayed at the Hotel Julien in the fall of 2013. What a great place. Highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable beds. The items in the mini fridge and snack basket are reasonably priced. The staff was polite and friendly. The restaurant was very good and inexpensive please note if you order the pancakes the portion is huge go for the short stack instead the whole stack. Overall the quality was amazing for the very low price. If ever in Dubuque this is definitely the place to stop.
