“serving slow cooked barbecue since 2003”
The Q Shack opened its doors in 2003, and has been serving slow cooked, authentic barbecue ever since. We are a locally owned, family run business that serves and promotes local farmers’ produce and meats whenever possible and available. The secret to our flavor lies in our ‘down-homemade’ recipes. Our food is made from scratch everyday and we smoke all of meats in house in our pit, using a unique blend of hickory and mesquite woods. Our community is the heart of our business and we believe in giving back to it. We sponsor local schools, athletic teams and causes that help keep our communities safe, healthy and active.
