“More than a century old Victorian home”
This 1850 Victorian home was built by the founder of Dyersville three years after the town was platted out and has been renovated. The rooms are furnished with period antiques circa 1870 to 1900 and decorated with Victorian wallpaper. More than 900 dolls are displayed in the upstairs rooms, posed among antique tables, buggies, cradles, and toys. Another interesting highlight is a 1912 revolving Christmas tree that has been decorated with German, Polish, and Czech ornaments.
