El Azteco strives to offer you the finest in authentic Mexican food. We use only natural ingredients. Our chiles are carefully selected and shipped from southern New Mexico. Blue Corn comes from the Indian pueblos of northern New Mexico. These fresh ingredients may lead to some seasonal variations.
