“a campground with Western fla”
Also called Bear Creek Ranch, this quiet, rural 300-acre campground has a Western flair, with guided horseback rides along wooded trails and pony rides for little buckaroos. Enjoy 18-hole mini golf with creek/waterfalls, an Olympic-size pool with dump buckets, a giant seesaw and a KampK9 for pets. Fish or paddleboat on the 5-acre lake or ride your ATVs on nearby 26-mile marked trails. Join in family-oriented themed weekends. Great camping also awaits you in a Deluxe Cabin with a bathroom and kitchen. This is the KOA closest to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, the largest Amish community, McKinley Presidential Library and Museum, Warther Museum and Gardens and Lehman's Hardware. Nearby, find flea markets, ATV trails, golf courses, canoeing and shopping. Pool: Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Max pull thru: 65 feet. Your hosts: the Soehnlen family.

Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on March 24, 2022We were on our way to Virginia and needed a break. Great experience, helpful staff, full hookups including cable.
Showers were clean and just a few miles from a grocery store although they had convenience items on site. Looked like a nice list of programs but we were only there one night so did not participate.
Interesting little grave yard where everyone was born in early to mid 1800’s.
They were still mowing, leave blowing and running a chainsaw when we arrived Friday around 5:00pm, otherwise very pleasant. Would stay at this KOA again. Overall 3.5 stars.

We stayed in a pull through site with full hook-ups near the front of the campground. Lots of green space with no one on either side but people in front and back. Also no trees for cover. Place was busy but quiet except for a private property owner right next to us that decided to shoot his riffle for about an hour or so one late afternoon. Won’t see that in the brochure. Pool is pretty nice. Has a small lake for fishing and paddle boats; mini golf as well, but these cost extra. Only about 10 To 15 minutes from Towpath bike trail. There is a landfill very close by, but you don’t notice it. WiFi is very spotty. We will stay again if in the area.

This KOA was along my route and a spot to dewinterize and kick off the 2022 camping season.
I reserved a premulium site with a patio because it is the Ohio mud season a d dint want my dog tracking in mud. My site featured a picnic table, gas grill, and fire ring with benches.
The connections at the site were in excellent condition and the communication from the campground was excellent. The Verizon data was blazing fast so I never even tried the wifi.
This KOA is not far from I-77. Traffic can be heard faintly in the distance but it was drown out by geese and peepers for the most part.
Verizon data speeds: 104 mps download, 20.1 mps upload, 94 ms latency
I did not try the wifi.
