“producing Rhone and Bordeaux wines”
Jada Vineyard and Winery produces Rhône and Bordeaux wines from our estate vineyard on the West Side of Paso Robles, California. The 90 acre hillside vineyard was first established in 1999, replacing rolling hills of barley with a variety of Rhone and Bordeaux clones. Today, the vineyard produces four clonal varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, 3 clones of Syrah, two clones of Mourvedre, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Grenache Noir, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Rousanne, Tannat, and Petit Verdot. It became apparent after 8 years of maturity, that the site was unique and capable of producing high-quality, premium wines that we are proud to offer to our customers. In May 2008, construction was completed on a state of the art, gravity flow winery, converting an existing barn into a facility that provides remarkable views of the winery, vines, and hillsides.
