Serving Irish Hospitality in Ellicott City, MD since October 17, 1994, Kelsey's Restaurant has been family-owned and operated since the very beginning. Every day we strive to provide excellent food, courteous service, and let's not forget beverages in a friendly, neighborhood pub-style environment. Over the past 17 years, we have made every effort to live up to these standards and are proud to be known as "Your Neighborhood Meeting Place!" The Pub Experience We expanded our red mahogany pub, adding more seats to the bar, high top seating, dining tables, flat screen TVs, beer taps, outdoor seating (for three seasons!) and more. Kelsey's pub is the hands-down favorite for Happy Hour, Sunday NFL football, Terps action, and all the big sporting events of the year. We serve our full menu in the pub every day. Love Live Music?
