Our relationships with local farmers keep us in quality seasonal ingredients and we’re serious about making sure that local, artisan, and fresh is the way we feed our community.  Our hard-working staff enjoys playing with new flavors and we take pride in everything we mix, shape and assemble by hand here on Block Street… When Ben and Hannah built their very first wholesale kitchen in 2001, they had no idea that someday their little bread bakery would turn into a fast paced, hopping little joint that would offer a variety of dozens of made-from-scratch items a day, employ a team of wonderful people, and serve their community as a hot spot of activity & love.
