“scenic train rides”
F. Norman Clark founded Roaring Camp in 1958 with $25 in his pocket, a dream to restore two railway lines through the historic trees and preserve a period of California's golden past.
What a majestic trip this was! We paid 100$ for us (4 people) but it was truly worth it!
The train takes you to a fantastic ride between the forest of redwoods and you can see so many wonderful places that you cannot even imagine.
The sound of the train makes you feel you live in another century, a simpler one..a century that the only thing that matters is natural beauty and serenity.
Well worth the money. A good half day activity.
